Grape & Ginger Punch

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups (350ml) Welch's grape juice, chilled 
  • 2½ cups (595ml) ginger ale, chilled 
  • ½ cup (75g) maraschino cherries
  • ½ cup (90g) pineapple, crushed 

ICE CUBES

  • extra maraschino cherries
  • extra ginger ale

GARNISH

  • pineapple chunks
  • maraschino cherries

Method

Prepare the ice cubes: Add a maraschino cherry to each ice cube tray compartment. Fill about ⅔ of the way with ginger ale soda. Freeze until ready to use.

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir gently. 

Pour into glasses. 

Add the cherry-ginger ale ice cubes and garnish with cherries and pineapple chunks.
