Ingredients

  • 1 maple sugar ham
  • mustard sauce, our favorite is The Village Grocer’s Doreen’s Mustard Sauce

Method

Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.

Prepare the Maple Sugar Ham by removing any casing.  Place the ham in a large baking dish, cut side down and bake for 10 minutes per pound under a tent of tin foil.  Baste the ham every 20 minutes with pan juices and re-cover with foil.  Remove the foil for the last 20 minutes and continue to baste.

Let the baked ham rest for 15 minutes to allow it’s juices to redistribute.  Cover with foil and a tea towel to keep warm.

Slice and serve.
