Strawberry Frosé

  • 1 (750-ml.) bottle rosé, chilled. Our favorite is Malivoire’s Lady Bug Rosé
  • 4 cups (500g) chopped strawberries
  • 8 cups ice (1200g), pre-crushed if available
  • 2 tablespoon (30ml) honey or sugar, optional


Add ½ bottle (375ml) of rosé, 2 cups (250g) of strawberries, 4 cups (600g) of crushed ice and 1 tablespoon (15ml) of honey to a blender or Vitamix.  Blend until smooth and slushy.  

Pour into a large pitcher and set in the freezer.  Repeat with remaining ingredients.  Serve with fresh strawberries in your favorite glass.  We love to sip this delicious frosé in a martini glass!
