Laura Schoffel found herself fascinated with baking after years of working as a mental health researcher, and decided to switch gears and pursue a career in the culinary world.
After a few years working in bakeries and restaurants, she decided to launch The Trouble Baker, her passion project where she gets to focus on making beautiful mini cakes and other delicious pastries.
