Ingredients

  • Hot coffee 6 ounces (180ml) hot, freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 teaspoon (12.5g) granulated sugar
  • 1 orange wedge
  • 30 ml (1 oz.) Canadian whisky
  • 15 ml (1/2 oz.) almond liqueur, we used Avril
  • Freshly whipped cream 35%
  • 1 teaspoon (12.5g) of maple syrup
  • Slivered almonds
  • Ground cinnamon

Method

Whip the 35% cream with the maple syrup, keep cold.

Frost the rim of a toddy glass with the orange wedge and sugar.

Combine the Canadian whisky and almond liqueur in the toddy glass.

Top up with hot coffee.

Garnish with whipped cream and slivered almonds and ground cinnamon.
