Creamy Avocado-Spinach Smoothie

  • 1 cup (240ml) fresh spinach
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 Medjool dates
  • 2 cups (480ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoon (45ml) honey
  • 1 cup (240ml) of ice
  • add 1-2 scoops of protein powder or chia seeds


Add ice to the blender and pulse to chop.  Add the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth. 

*If dates are too sticky, soak in warm water for 5 minutes. Pat dry.
