Healthy Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup (120 ml) Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup (120 ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) chia seeds
  • 4 teaspoons (20 ml) hemp hearts
  • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) natural peanut or almond butter
  • ½ cup (120 ml) oats
  • 2  tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup


Divide the yogurt and almond milk between the two mason jars and mix.  Add the chia, hemp hearts, nut butter, and maple syrup evenly between the two jars and stir to combine.  

Add the oats and blend making sure to coat all the oats . 

Cover with lid and refrigerate overnight.  

Serve the next morning, topped with your favorite fruit and nuts.
