Mango and Coconut Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 ripe mango fruits, peeled and cut into slices
  • ½ cup (120ml) coconut milk
  • ½ lime, juice only
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) powdered turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey


  • chia seeds
  • unsweetened coconut flakes
  • oat flakes
  • ground cherries
  • mango chunks


Add all the ingredients into a blender and process to obtain a smooth, thick liquid. 

Add the honey and blend until mixed thoroughly.

Pour evenly into serving bowls and add toppings.
