Mango Pico de Gallo [Mango Salsa]

  • 2 medium mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 4 medium tomatoes, diced (we used roma)
  • ½ medium red onion, diced
  • 1 medium jalapeno, diced (remove ribbing and seeds)
  • juice from 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) cilantro, finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) salt, to taste


In a medium bowl, combine the mangoes, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeno (optional), lime juice, and cilantro. Season with salt - add more if needed.

Serve and enjoy!
