Sparkling Pear Punch

Makes 10-12 Servings
Use any favorite autumn fruit to create this refreshing sparkling mocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 2 cups (475ml) pear juice
  • 1 pear, fresh
  • ½ cup (100g) sugar
  • ½ gallon (2L) ginger ale

Method

Mix lemon juice, pear juice and sugar.  

Thinly slice pears longwise.

Add lemon/sugar mixture to pretty glass, top with 6 ounces (180ml) of ginger ale.

Add a pear slice to each glass and serve.
