  • 3 parts Champagne or Prosecco
  • 2 parts Aperol
  • 1 part club soda
  • ice

GARNISH

  • orange slices and thyme

Method

Fill wine glass up with ice, add orange slice. Pour in champagne, aperol and finish with club soda. 

Garnish with thyme and enjoy.
