  • 2 cups (450g) yogurt
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup (125g) raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup (125g) strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1/2 cup (15g) spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon (5ml) vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey
  • ice, optional


Add all ingredients to the blender. Add ice if desired. Blend till smooth and ice is crushed.

Serve immediately.
