Ingredients

  • 3 ounces Rosé wine
  • 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 ounces sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 6 ounces champagne

Method

Pour the rosé, grapefruit juice, sugar syrup, and egg white into the shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Pour into a glass using the strainer. Top with 6 oz champagne.

Decorate with a fresh slice of grapefruit or edible flowers.
